If leaving your home is an option, it could allow the crew more access to the property, which could speed up the timelines, conversely, if there are hours they can’t work, it could slow things down. Understanding exactly what disruptions will happen will help you decide whether you should stay in your home. 4 – What else do I need to do?

When you already have walls opened up, it is far easier to do certain structural work than it is once drywall and flooring are installed. If you’ve got an unexplained draft or a leak, this is the time to solve the problem once and for all.
