1 – Are you covered under Tarion?

Tarion is the governing body that administers the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act, which outlines the protection that new home purchasers are entitled to in Ontario. Tarion licenses builders and vendors, and makes sure they abide by the act. They also protect consumers, and resolve disputes about warranty coverage. CityWide Homes is enrolled with Tarion and all homes built by CityWide homes are covered under Tarion’s one year, two year and seven year warranties.

2 – How long have you been doing this?
