This project was an 1700 square foot basement renovation, taking a formerly unfinished basement and turning it into the ultimate hockey fan’s dream.
The basement features a large pantry, a finished bedroom, a 3 piece bath, a bar and a lounge.
The formerly mouldy cold room was turned into a water-tight, spray foamed pantry.
The bedroom features a full egress window, while the full three piece bath is tiled and has a glass shower stall.
The centre piece of the entire basement however is the 30 x 18 foot hockey rink which is lined with NHL grade high density polyethylene sheeting. The rink is complete with a penalty box and reinforced entrance doors.
